Martyn Leishman has over 20 years of experience when it comes to property acquisition, commercial negotiation, project management, national strategic network planning, and managing legal matters in the petroleum industry.
Before he worked with Pacific Petroleum, Marty was a Litigation Paralegal at Dunhill Madden Butler Lawyers/ Jones King Lawyers (1996-2000), Property & Litigation Paralegal at Hollingworth & Spencer Lawyers (2000-2004), Property, Mortgages & Leasing Paralegal at Hemming & Hart Lawyers (2004-2007), National Property Acquisitions & Legal Manager at Puma Energy/Matilda Fuel Supplies/Neumann Petroleum (2007-2013), Queensland Property Acquisitions Manager at United Petroleum (2013-2014), and National Property & Acquisitions Manager at Ausco Modular (2014-2015).
As commercial manager, Marty is in-charge with all aspects of property acquisition, management, leasing, negotiations, and operation set up. He also negotiates and prepares new and continuing leases across a network of sites. He undertakes incident investigations and reporting.
